An oval form gold medal with silver and gold suspension loop from which are a burgandy-coloured ribbon with three bars and a pin, the obverse with Minerva seated left with head turned towards right, with cornucopia with fruits in right hand, lower arm resting on shield with ornamental harp, with motto NOSTRI PLENA LABORIS, the reverse engraved To Mrs. Catherine Walker From The Dublin Society For Her Culture of Saffron 1766.
