Description

A tabletop sculpture after John Greenshield's public monument to Sir Walter Scott in George Square, Edinburgh (1834-8, completed after Greenshield's death in 1835 by John Ritchie and William Mossman I). The subject modelled seated on a chair with crossed legs, holding a cane in his right hand.
