The irregular-form body supported on a trumpet-shaped stem with two Celtic scroll handles, the detachable cover with a spire and Celtic scroll finial, the cover inscribed COMHRAMH NA HEIREANN ARNA BHRONNADH AG REALTAS NA HEIREANN DO CHOMÓRTAS LÉIMNI IDIRNAISÚNTA A TASIPEANTAS NA GCAPALL BAILE ATHA CLIATH (IRISH COMMENDATION AWARDED BY THE IRISH GOVERNMENT AT THE DUBLIN HORSE SHOW INTERNATIONAL JUMPING COMPETITION), the conforming foot engraved with names and dates, on a silver-mounted ebonised stand. Hallmarked ‘P.D.’ and date of 1992.
