Bust of Thalia, Muse of Comedy, the subject modelled slightly to proper right, with blind eyes; wearing a chiton, belted beneath the bust and secured at each shoulder with a pin of disc form, and a fruit and foliate wreath on her head; on a white marble socle of circular, waisted form; copied from the original statue of Thalia at the Vatican Museums; unsigned.
