A photograph of (from left to right) Frank O'Reilly, Patrick J. Hillery, Ronnie Massarella and another man holding the Khan Trophy at the RDS Dublin Horse Show 1988. Frank O'Reilly was the President of the RDS from 1986-1989 and an FEI Honorary Delegate. Patrick J. Hillery was the President of Ireland from 1976-1990. Ronnie Massarella was British Chef d'Equipe from 1969-2000. In the background are the winning team of Great Britain, consisting of (in no order) Harvey Smith on Brookstreet Shining Example, Michael Whitaker on Next Amanda, David Broome on Queensway Countryman and Nick Skelton on Apollo.
