Handwritten letter from Kate C. Manders, Windsor Terrace, Malahide, to George Francis Fitzgerald, dated 11 March 1897. Manders seeks Fitzgerald's opinion in concern to renting her house. 3pp.
Transcription:
"Dear Mr. Fitzgerald
I must apologize for not having replied to your letter [ere?] this. I hope to let my house house this summer, but think it would suit me better this year to let it from the 1st July to the end of October. Would there [abouts?] suit you? Of course it is rather early in the year to make definite arrangements, but I will certainly not let my house without first writing to you - there seems to be a great demand for houses in Malahide this year as I have already received applications.
