" Dear Mr. Fitzgerald
I should be so glad if you could have the dado dove for me as you kindly said you would as soon as possible. I have not let my [house?] this year yet if you should hear of anyone wanting a [house?] I should be so grateful if you would remember me

P. S. I was sorry to hear your children had been ill & hope they are quite well again."
