Dear Sir,
I have read with much interest your letter in today's "Electrician" in reference to my cathode ray experiments.
I have thought it well to write a short note to the "Electrician" on the subject, and have pleasure in sending you herewith copy of same, with a copy of my original paper, on which I have marked the descriptions of the phenomena which appear to me to be somewhat contradictory to the very interesting explanation that you have suggested.
Believe me,
Yours truly,
A. A. C. Swinton
