I expect to be in London on 12 June and can therefore [l?] [M?] on that day.

The Electrolysis Report will not be ready before the Cardiff meeting (Griffith knows this for he [p?] probably) and it will be short. The fact is I have too much of other work on hand just now and intent to resign the Secretaryship of Cardiff. My idea is that a few years lapse will be [?] then to a good start later when [?] has been done. You can report that I am responsible for it and if you don't mind it may be well to draw the money to cover some [s?] expenses in circulars arising at Leeds meeting which have been incurred. The excess can be repaid later.
Yours,
OL"
